- To secure an event date, a formal booking request must be submitted. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval, detailing event specifics and pricing. A deposit may be required to finalize the booking. Failure to provide necessary details can lead to delays or cancellation. EventSphere is not liable for scheduling conflicts due to user errors.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services. Late payments may incur additional fees. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the event.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to fees. Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and services rendered. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. EventSphere reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or partial refunds may be offered.
- Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue, guest count, and special requirements. Any last-minute changes must be communicated promptly. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits if required. EventSphere is not responsible for damages caused by attendees. Non-compliance with agreed-upon details may affect event execution.
- We reserve the right to modify or adjust services as needed. If changes are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client. Any adjustments will be made with the client’s best interest in mind. Pricing may be affected by significant modifications. EventSphere ensures transparency in all service changes.
- We may collaborate with third-party vendors for catering, entertainment, and decor. While we select reputable partners, we are not liable for their performance. Clients may request specific vendors, subject to availability. Payments for third-party services must be made as per vendor agreements. - All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Clients may not claim ownership of any materials provided by EventSphere. EventSphere reserves the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. Violation of intellectual property rights may lead to legal action.
- EventSphere strives to ensure the smooth execution of events, but unforeseen issues may arise. We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses occurring during events. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for added protection. Any damages to rented equipment or venues are the client’s responsibility. EventSphere will not cover losses due to force majeure events.
- EventSphere is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event at no additional cost. Refund policies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clients are advised to consider backup plans. - We respect client privacy and safeguard all personal information. Data collected through our website is used solely for service-related purposes.
